Quiapo Community Chapter
The Quiapo Community Chapter was founded by Alexander Buncad in July 2002, when he was still Vice President of the STI Recto Chapter. The members consist of former CIASI members in high school in Ilagan, Isabela. All members are already working; half of them work as security guards, protecting the peace in their respective assignments.
