This new chapter was founded by the Governor of Metro Manila Emmanuel Domingo. LUNA Chapter was very strong and couregeous, even Barangay Officials and Tanods are willingly joined the SAMAHANG ILOKANO - KABAGIS Inc. Mabuhay kayo bagis ket agpa-adu kayo pay!!!
