The Isabela Chapter headed by Judge Dumlao host the First Regional Chairman Cup "Shootfest" at Santiago Isabela. The National President Roger Wanasen join them during the opening ceremony and ceremonial shot. Many members from different chapter in Region 2 supported the said competition.
